At Global Interconnect, all our molded components are custom. With our vertical and horizontal molding machines we can produce insert molded assemblies and high volume precision plastic parts.

Expert molders of custom plastic connectors and components.

Our molding capabilities range from simple cable strain reliefs to high end connector components and enclosures. Our vertical molding machines enable us to mold around other materials or assemblies to produce connectors, encapsulated PCBAs, and cable strain reliefs. These machines can mold a variety of materials such as PVC, PP, TPU, ABS, PC, PA and others.

We use our horizontal molding machines for more complex parts and materials such as precision connector components with thin wall requirements. These machines can produce parts at low cost from materials such as PSU, PPSU, LCP, PPS, and others.
