With FDA’s UDI deadline for Class I devices quickly approaching, GII has made significant technological investments to offer a vast spectrum of both printed and direct part marking (DPM) label options, as well as, the critical equipment to verify the content of these UDI solutions. The GII Quality team attended an extensive training session on the operation of the verification hardware, understanding print quality, data structure and UDI requirements in accordance with GS1 standards and FDA for product identification. This training and knowledge has not only proven to be a powerful resource for our customers, but has also provided a peace of mind as well.
