GLOBAL INTERCONNECT INCREASE SALES BY 23% IN Q2

Custom Cable and Connector Industry Leader for Medical Device and Industrial OEMs

Boston, MA, [7/24/17] – This week, Global Interconnect, Inc. employees gathered at its world headquarters to report its quarterly earnings company-wide, which showed a 23% increase in total sales compared to Q1. As many top tier medical device OEMs throughout the sector began to consolidate their approved vendor lists, some high-end custom manufacturing firms like GII have seen a drop in total sales. Despite this industry-wide development, GII has been able to increase existing account activity while adding new companies to the GII family. This shows the confidence GII customers place in the total customer experience they find at GII.

Responding to the industry’s persistent demand to limit risk to zero device failure while streamlining the supply chain process, GII proves itself as an industry leader once again. Chief Operating Officer, Todd Squire, presented the staff the actual sales figures—even beating its projected targets. Squire stated, “GII is in an upward swing, we are on track to have another year with an increase in sales, zero product failures, and satisfied customers.”

Squire added his thanks to that of CEO Stephen Bates, to the entire GII team for its dedication and hard work.

Also, in significant Q2 news, GII sprang ahead of its competitors by appointing its first Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Steven Brooks. What this means for our customers is that, among other things, he will be able to consult on the FDA regulatory process, product development and industry technology advances. Dr. Brooks has experience as a leading cardiologist and an official with the FDA.
